  • All items are handmade and shipped from Ohio. Once packages leave our shop we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipments delivered to an incorrect address. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is correct and accurate when the order is placed.

  • All items will be shipped with tracking, with the exception of some international sales. Product tracking and shipping information can be found through your order information emailed to you after the time of purchase. Once an item has been shipped it is no longer the responsibility of The Preemie Toybox, but rather the shipping provider. If your package does get lost, let us know and we will do everything we can to help.

RETURN POLICY

  • Due to the nature of each handmade, custom product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase or an item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can find a solution.

  • Each item is carefully inspected upon completion, but we always value your feedback so we can improve or keep doing something well. If you have a comment or question, please reach out to us and we will do our best to help.
